Privacy Policy

Elementia is made by Tempest Wolf Studios (“we”), the trade name of Alexandre Lafarque, a sole proprietorship registered in Belgium under enterprise number 1042.557.087, Franz Guillaumelaan 33 bus 9, 1140 Evere. This policy explains what information the game uses and why. Short version: the game has no accounts and keeps your progress on your own device. Only its ads and its in-app purchases involve other companies, and they are described below.

What the game keeps

Your progress (cards, currencies, settings) is saved only on your device, in the app’s own storage. We don’t receive it and we don’t run a server that stores it. If you use Export in Settings, the save code goes to your clipboard and nowhere else. Uninstalling the app deletes the save.

We don’t ask for your name, email, contacts, location or photos, and the game has no chat or social features.

Ads (Google AdMob)

The app can show optional rewarded videos, which you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game reward. They are served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect:

• your device’s advertising ID (the IDFA on iOS, only if you allow tracking; the Android advertising ID on Android);
• your IP address and approximate location derived from it;
• device and app information (model, operating system, language) and how you interact with the ads.

Your choices. If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK, Switzerland or a region with similar laws, the app asks for your consent before any personalised ads are shown, and you can change your answer at any time in Settings > Privacy > Ad privacy choices. On iOS the app asks whether it may track you; if you decline, the advertising ID is not shared. You can also reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings. Buying Remove Ads removes non-rewarded ads.

Google’s use of this data is governed by its own policy: How Google uses information from apps that use its services.

Purchases

In-app purchases are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see your card or payment details. To confirm and restore purchases we use RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous app user ID, your purchase history for this app and basic device information. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy.

Fonts

The game loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your device sends a request (including its IP address) to Google when the game starts. See the Google Fonts privacy FAQ.

Children

Elementia is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets that age). We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, contact us and we will help remove it.

Legal basis and your rights

Where the GDPR applies, personalised ads rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in Settings. Purchase processing is necessary to deliver what you bought. You have the right to access, correct or delete personal data and to complain to your data protection authority. We hold no personal data about you ourselves; for data held by Google or RevenueCat, you can use their tools or contact us and we will pass your request on.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published here with a new date.

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Its fonts and images are served from the site itself. Like any website, the server that delivers these pages receives your IP address in order to send them to you.
